Professional Experience

East West Manufacturing, LLC 
Creative Marketing Lead (January 2012 – Present)

  • As the Creative Marketing Lead, I am responsible for managing multiple marketing projects such as quarterly customer appreciation gifts, maintaining and updating East West’s U.S. and Vietnam’s strategic business unit’s website, developing informative marketing collateral, and implementing online marketing campaigns. I am Google Analytics Qualified and use Google Analytics to track and analyze our web traffic trends. I also manage any customer and internal artwork and graphic design needs. I developed and designed East West’s first online digital magazine and implemented East West’s first online catalog to showcase a portion of the +5,000 parts East West manufactures. I am currently working on redesigning our company website to optimize for SEM as well as creating a system for capturing and nurturing inbound marketing leads.

Logistics Administrator (March 2010 – January 2012)

  • I managed all imports and exports both internationally and domestically for East West, an average of over 2,000 containers each year. I assisted customers during the shipping process and supplied any shipping documentation needed as well as answered any shipping related questions. I was responsible for creating a budget and sales goals to ensure the Logistics department was covering expenses and making a profit. I performed numerous cost analysis involving shipping rates including freight profit/loss and key performance metrics for Logistics.

Sales and Marketing Administrator (May 2008 – March 2010)

  • As the Sales and Marketing Administrator, I provided exceptional proactive customer service including building and maintaining valuable client relationships. I was able to reduce inventory liability by 24% in 2009 by collaborating with inventory customers and communicating status updates for potential low inventory, production order ship dates from Asia, and slow-moving inventory parts through Bi-Monthly Order Status Reports. I also supported the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in generating RFQ’s and formal quotations for new customers.

Livid Media, LLC 
Executive Assistant to the Controller and VP of Technology (December 2007 – April 2008)

  • I was responsible for timely preparing of accounts payable using SAP Business One software as well as creating journal entries, processing and organizing company vendor information. I created a User Manual for company phone system and trained 15 employees on how to use the new phone system. I also wrote a User Manual for Livid Media’s Intranet in addition to updating site content.

Keller Williams Realty
Real Estate Consultant – Buyer’s Agent (May 2007 – October 2007)

  • I completed the Georgia Real Estate Commission 75 hour real estate agent licensing requirement and operated on a team of 5 licensed real estate agents. I gained experience with over 62 hours of internal Keller Williams new agent training, consisting of lead generation, converting buyers and sellers, as well as Georgia real estate contracts. I currently hold a Georgia real estate license.
